There is no limit when you "Shop Here". When you "Shop Bulk Orders", there is a 10 item (per design/container) minimum in order to access the discount. If you submit more then one design, we may contact you for additional funds.
How do I order in Bulk?
How To Order in Bulk
Bulk Order Minimum: 10
1. Select the blank piece of drinkware you want personalized
2. Select the type of production you prefer from the drop-down menu (Unsure which type of production type you need? Learn more)
3. Adjust the number of items you would like to add to your cart (For orders less than 10,you will not receive a bulk discount)
4. Click "Choose file" and upload your image; you can use the (+) and (-) buttons to crop and refine the image you want printed.
5. Submit and Checkout; discount will be applied after checkout
What type of files do you accept?
We prefer JPG, PNG, or PDF files
Is there a word limit?
Yes, the each piece has an individual limit on text. If you would like us to make an exception, please contact us to see if it is possible.
When is my discount applied?
If you qualify for a discount you will be able to see the discounted price applied to your cart after checkout is initiated.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please place an order and select the relevant pop up when the products are added to cart. Then, email us a spreadsheet with the addresses. You may be charged an additional cost.
Does my drinkware come in a gift box?
Our Individual glassware comes in our signature Spotted Dog box.
Our Bulk Orders comes securely packaged in bubble wrap and a ridged box, ready for you to gift wrap. For our custom box, please select the relevant pop up when the product is added to cart.
